నేను చివరి అక్షరానికి 

వీడ్కోలు ముద్దులు పెడుతుంటాను

బహుషా.. నువ్వుంటే  నాపక్కన

అంతే ఒక మాట..

ఒక మాట లాంటి ముద్దు..

అన్నీ మర్చిపోయి

నిద్రలోకి జారిపోతాను

కాదు..

నీతో మళ్ళీ ఉదయమై వస్తాను

ఈ రోజు (15 థ్ మార్చ్ ,2022) ముచ్చట్లు ..

ప్రతి రోజు నాలోకి ఎన్నెన్ని భావాలో ,భావనలో .. ఒక్కోసారి ఉక్కిరిబిక్కిరి అవుతుంటాను .. ఇంకా నాలో వెతుకులాట వెనకడుగు వెయ్యలేదు .. అయితే కొత్తగా దేని గురుంచి అంత ఇదిగా ప్రయ్నతించను . ఎందుకంటే ముందు తెలిసినదాన్ని మరింతగా సాన పెట్టుకోవాలి .. అది గెలుస్తుంటే చూట్టం లో అదో తృప్తి .. అయితే ఈ ప్రయత్నాలలో ఎంత ఉత్సాహం ఉరకలు వేసినా ,అదే పనిగా తీరం మీదికి దాడికి వచ్చే సముద్రం అలకు మల్లె అప్పుడప్పుడు నిరాశా నిస్పృహలు 

కమ్ముకుంటాయి . దాంట్లోంచి బయట పడేసరికి ఒక రోజు మారిపోతుంది . 

ఎందుకో మరి ఇవ్వాళ ఎక్కడలేని ఓపిక వచ్చింది . పొద్దున్నే కొత్త వంట మనిషి పనిలో చేరింది . రాగి జావ చేసింది . చాలా రోజుల తర్వాత నోటికి కాస్త రుచి తగిలినట్టయింది . దాని ఫలితమేమో .. యమా ఉషారు వచ్చింది . ఇంకేముంది .. ఇల్లంతా కడిగి ,ముగ్గు వేసినంత పని చేసాను . కిచెన్ సామాను అంతా ఎక్కడికక్కడ శుభ్రంగా సర్దేశాను . 

నిన్న రాత్రి సరిగ్గా నిద్రపట్టి చావలేదు దోమల బాధ తో . అయినా మధ్యాహ్నం కాసేపు పడక వేయాలన్న అలసటే  రాలేదు . స్వచ్ఛ భారత్ లో పూర్తిగా మునిగి పోయాను . 

పరిసరాల్లో వచ్చే మార్పులు నాలోనూ కొత్త శక్తి ని నింపుతాయి .. అదే..  ఈ రోజు ఈ ముచ్చట్లకి ప్రేరణ ఇచ్చింది .

Civil liberties committee, Telangana, on  11th  March 2022 visited the area and conducted a fact-finding regarding the death of the coal miners of the Singareni Adria Long Wall Project...

Seven workers of the Singareni Colleries Company Limited (Public Sector Undertaking), Peddapelli District Rama Giri Zone, Ramagundam Division 3, under Adriyala Long Wall Project were trapped in the accident on  March 7, 2022, at 1:30 pm due to coal sliding and roof collapse. Singareni Rescue Team saved only four officers. A VTC trainee and two officers were lost their lives. 

Details were gathered by the Civil liberties committee, Telangana jointly with the Civil liberties committees of  Karimnagar and Adilabad Districts on  11 March 2022  after meeting with ALP Collieries  Manager, Brahmaji & Adria Project Area, SO to GM Medical, ALP Workers and leaders of the worker's unions.

 Adriyala Long Wall Project Mine Workers got down to perform their duties in the first shift on March 7, 2022, 1st Seam, 86 Level RA 3 and  Badili  Worker Ravinder, FBL (Front Bucket Loader) Operator Venkateshwarlu, Over man Naveen, Support men Virayya, VTC Trainee Tota Srikanth  also went there under the supervision of Area Safety  Officer Jayaraj, Assistant Manager Chaitanya Teja. At about 1:30 pm, the colliries manager noticed an unexpected noise coming from the work area and alerted the workers. In the blink of an eye he  also ran  as the coal side wall of 30mts length,3mts height and 5mts breadth collapsed with a loud noise. Virayya, Madhu, Shashi (Badili workers)who are  act as support men  escaped with minor injuries as following  of manager warnings. 

Support men Ravinder, area safety    Officer Jayarj, Assistant Manager Chaitanya Teja, FBL (Front Bucket Loader) Operator Venkateshwarlu, Over man Naveen, VTC Trainee Tota Srikanth were trapped in the collapsed coal.   Rescue team reached  the scene  at around 6 pm that evening. Operator Jadi Venkatesh  who was trapped in the FBL cabin was spotted when he horn .Overman Naveen who was trapped near FBL was brought out the same night at about twelve o'clock. Ravinder, who had been screaming on Tuesday morning while the rest were being retrieved, was taken out at around 3.30pm. 

 Rescue teams recovered the dead  bodies of Chaitanya Teja, Jayaraj and VTC trainee Srikanth on Wednesday morning, March 9, 2022.

The state of-the-art ALP mine in Asia was opened in 2008. This is the first time since then that such a big accident has happened.

The ALP mine currently employs 1400 permanent and 600 contract workers. According to the Mining Act  the management should not take  work  from  VTC trainees . In contrast,   Thota Srikanth   who was engaged as a fitter helper in the mine  on the last day of  his VTC training. Officers Jayaraj and Teja and Thota Srikanth were killed when the sidewall collapsed due to nausea and lack of protection by the private company GMMCO. Singareni company workers are engaged in work considering their safety. The incident took place as the private company in ALP neglected to prioritize the lives of the people and went on a profit hunt without proper protection. Singareni Public Sector  Ownership provides the required support for private company profits. If privatization increases, it will become a habit to devalue the lives of workers ...

The upper part of the junction collapsed 15 days before the sidewall collapse. This is a sign of great danger. Management has neglected to maintain and correct it in a scientific manner. Management failed because the defence mechanism did not detect a sidewall collapse near it. These events were due to a change in management perspective as the privatization outsourcing of Singareni coal mines accelerated. 

 Political interference has been increased in Singareni after KCR  came into power  in 2014.  CMD Sridhar has been instructing directors and area general managers with daily production targets.

 Singareni workers officials are working with serious psychological concerns increasing the workload on supervisors and workers from top management through mine management. In addition to this, the Telangana Coal Workers' Union, which is affiliated to the TRS party as a recognized union, neglected the welfare of the workers. Singareni is donating thousands of crores of Singareni workers' money to the Telangana state government for the purchase of CCTV cameras in the name of a development fund and CSR fund for Telangana MLAs and MPs. Singareni workers are working like soldiers on the border at the border. In this horrible environment like this unannounced curfew, the workers are working for coal production. Mere protection is limited to paper. This ALP sidewall accident comes against the backdrop of CMD Sridhar's attitude of increasing work stress and workload. During his seven years and two months, nearly 65 workers died due to lack of protection. The Civil Liberties Committee of Telangana strongly condemns the failure of CMD Sridhar to visit the families of the mineworkers...

# Management should be responsible for the death of ALP workers.

# Privatization in Singareni and ALP should be stopped immediately. ..

Equal to # Jayaraju and Chaitanya, Thota Srikanth's death should be considered and his family should be given Rs 1 crore compensation and a permanent job.

# Management should abandon negligent attitude and conduct safety meetings in good faith.

# Take necessary steps to protect workers in the organization.
